How we handle your data.
what we collect
If you contact us through email, WhatsApp, or Calendly, we collect only what you send us — your name, your message, and contact details. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run ads. We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, which collects no personal information.
what the problem solver collects
If you use the Problem Solver on the home page, we store the text you write — your answers to the questions, or whatever you type in the free-text box — along with our AI's recommendations. This lets us improve the recommendations over time and follow up if you share your contact details. We do not share this data with anyone outside Razoom. We delete it after twelve months, or sooner if you ask.
where it lives
Problem Solver submissions are stored in Supabase, an EU-region database. Notification emails are sent through Resend, which also operates EU-region infrastructure. Our analytics provider (Plausible) is EU-hosted. We do not share your data with anyone outside Razoom.
how long we keep it
We delete the messages we receive when the conversation ends, or after twelve months — whichever comes first. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
