Grounded in business operations, not hype.

Razoom was founded by three operators with backgrounds across FinTech, Private Equity, Crypto, and AI/SaaS. Collectively, our experience spans product and strategy development, investment execution, relationship management, equity capital raising, and portfolio value creation.

That background gives us a practical understanding of how SMEs actually operate – where workflows break down, where margins are lost, and where technology creates real operational leverage versus unnecessary disruption.

We built Razoom because we saw a clear disconnect: AI capabilities are advancing rapidly, but most businesses are either underutilising them entirely or adopting tools that fail to deliver meaningful outcomes. The providers solving this problem today are often either priced for large enterprises or offer generic solutions that lack operational relevance for smaller businesses.

Razoom exists to close that gap – delivering practical, high-impact AI solutions built for SMEs. Inspired by разум (razum) – meaning mind, intellect, and reason – and “zoom,” representing speed and execution, our name reflects exactly what we help businesses do: think smarter and move faster.

The build team

The three of us set direction and stay close to every engagement. The building itself is done by a dedicated development team — engineers across AI, automation, and systems integration — so what we diagnose actually gets shipped, and shipped well.
